Week 3 - The Minor Setback

So it’s been a while since I updated after my relaunch. I don’t want to acknowledge that this is a relaunch of the relaunch, but it probably is.

Going forward for this week my main goals are:

  1. Plan what I’m going to eat for the week.

  2. Eat less carbs

  3. Start exercising again.

On point one, we’re looking at a big success this week. The plan is a low-carb, high-protein situation from now until Sunday, at which point my brother and I get seriously creative with our cooking and occasionally fall into the high-cal, high-carb delicious piece of unhealthy we call Peruvian food. But at the very least, all the plan is in order.

On point two, I’d say that thanks to the aforementioned planning, we’re getting close. I still had a couple of carb-heavy items but we’re cutting that down tomorrow.

On point three… well, Houston, we may have a problem. I keep on adding things to my to-do list and pretending that it’s keeping me too busy to wake up and skip rope which is what I was doing for a while. But I’m determined today to go to bed early, and wake up to do some damn exercise. It has to happen.

We shall see.

I promise that my future updates will have a little more meat on the bone. And with some luck, I’ll have a little less.
