Week 19 - A Cultural Reset

Life: Is cold (because winter is here)

The last two days have been a reinvention.

I think I mentioned this in a previous blog post but the majority of my focus on getting my life better has been determined by weight and food. When I’m feeling like I’m eating too much, it’s bad. When I lose some weight, it’s good.

But the last two days have been more about the rest of it. The organization that I need to accomplish everything that I want to do. Whether that’s in a day, or a week, or a month or a lifetime.

So my new day is thusly:

  • 6 a.m. - Weigh-in. Five minute mediation, followed by 30 minute Yoga in my office.

  • Task List Update, following by Day Blocking where necessary.

  • 5 pm dog stuff.

  • 9 pm. beginning to unwind and start my evening routine.

I think the day to day may vary but my daily planner has been good about keeping me in check.

I think for next month I’d like to be better about tracking my habits.

But we shall see.
